We Have Our First Flip Underway

We expected to hit the ground running on Day 1. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the owner was not comfortable with us entering the property until they moved out. We were planning on starting inspections, running permits, and taking measurements while the owner moved out. We ended up having to wait over a month and until they finally moved out. This was a significant snag on our project because we had to pay a month of holding costs and running behind schedule.

While things did not go as planned, we still learned a lot and are continuing to learn new things every single day.
